Refund policy

30-day returns: You can return your order within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged or defective items: If your item arrives damaged or doesn't work, email us a photo or video within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.

Change of mind: Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. The customer pays return shipping.

How to start a return: Email throttlemistco@gmail.com with your order number and we'll reply with return instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds: Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund your original payment method.
